We meet every week, alternating between Fridays and Sundays.
Every second Friday: 7.30 pm at Oscailt, 8 Pembroke Road, Dublin 4.
Every second Sunday: 6.00 pm at Oscailt, 8 Pembroke Road, Dublin 4.
The first part of the meeting is dedicated to mindful practice, generally inspired by Thich Nhat Hanh teachings amongst others, guided and silent sitting meditation, mindful walking, mindful movement and reading the 5 Mindfulness Trainings.
In the second part we practice Dharma sharing. This may include readings and videos that members of the group find inspirational for their mindfulness practice as well as sharing of experiences and questions around mindfulness in our daily lives. This gives the last hour of the meet-up a special flavour of openness and acceptance.

Do you want to start a Wake Up community?
Anyone can set up a Wake Up community wherever they are. Perhaps 2 or 3 people you already know might like to join you. It’s a lot more fun to do these things with like-minded friends.
Simply sitting quietly, walking in nature, sharing deeply and hanging out together, being really present for one another, can be totally nourishing, supportive – and refreshing. Your Wake Up group can be as informal and dynamic as you like – be creative!
Contact us if you’re looking to start a Wake Up community.
